What can I cut?
🔪With the TriMaster you can mainly cut all types of food, from fruit to bread and from vegetables to sausage.
How do you wash it?
🧽 We recommend washing TriMaster under water, without the need for a dishwasher.
Can it be used by left-handed people?
🖐️ Absolutely! The design is tailored for both hands, ensuring comfort and efficiency with every cut.

What payment methods do you accept?
✅At PERFORBIX™ you can checkout using all types of credit and debit cards or using the PayPal Express checkout option.
We do not accept direct bank transfers or cash on delivery.
How secure is my online order?
🔒When you purchase online with your credit card, all your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and the transaction are pre-authorized and approved.
Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
ORDER DELIVERY
When will my order be processed?
📦All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra processing time during holidays and sales seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day.
Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed payment.
How can I track my order?
🚚We'll email you your tracking information as soon as your order ships. You'll usually receive your tracking number the day after your order ships.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How can I return my order?
🤝If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Our customer service team will review your return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.

All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.
What happens if the items I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
♻️Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you receive incorrect, missing, and/or defective items. Please include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any contact information you received. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
How long does the return process take?
⏳Returns may take up to 7 business days to process from the day we receive your return. We'll send you an email to confirm that your return has been processed.
